Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager at Amazon, you will:

- Craft compelling, engaging, and visually appealing content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Lead content calendar management, ensuring timely delivery of posts, promotions, and campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and evolution in our social strategy.
- Engage with followers and industry influencers to foster meaningful community interactions.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Report on social media performance and provide insights to the team and stakeholders to inform overall marketing strategies.
- Lead crisis management communication on social media platforms when necessary.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies and measurable results in brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and current trends.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
- Experience with graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.
